As a Book of Days, and making a book, this book by Jenae Jacobson is an interesting look at marking the passing of time. Approached as a daily meditation, the days are marked as they roll by, so to speak. Why couldn't this concept be applied to a Book of Days?

The bathroom can be a place of reading, with short story or quotation books. If a series of 'thoughts' could be tabbed and then inserted into a decorated toilet paper tube once it has been used then the number of days it takes to use up a roll of toilet paper would be marked as well as the days of thought.
