A Book as Carrier of Information

A gourd book that could have pages
of gourd days specifying lessons
about planting or crafting.
Does it matter what kind of book carries the information of day-to-day events? Does a gourd book need to be a Book of Gourd Days? OR, can it be a natural container for a Book of Fairy Days or a Book of Gardening Days?

What about other unexpected book carriers? Can spoons that have been fanned out from the base be the basis for a Book of Book Days?  This blog is about Research and teaching research strategies to middle school students...carefully spoonfeeding mature strategies to students who have not been given the opportunity to work in an accelerated or advanced way in their academic careers. Spoons nestled together in a drawer look like pages in a book.

Notice how the spoons pile up. They could be
drilled at the handle and fan out like a book.
