Book of Thank You Notes

Since the last post, the question comes to mind, "What kinds of book of days can be made with thank you notes and research?"  Perhaps this project could extend itself into the gratitude realm, each lesson being part of a thank you note, interspersed with thank you notes to sources of the information.

The Southwestern Association for Education in Biomedical Research has a Thank You Research Lesson Plan for middle school students. It walks through short biographies of Nobel winners and how they entered the world of science.

This may be worth pursuing for this project since the research class is for middle school gifted thinkers. What lessons would there be? Would they be arranged as a book of days...a lesson a day?
